Q1. How easy is it to order Czech glass items from your website?
Very easy! Just click on the item you are interested in purchasing and follow the on screen instructions displayed.
Q2. How soon will my items be delivered after placing my order?
Typically 2-3 weeks. After placing your order we will send you an automated email confirmation for your order and payment. In addition we will contact you once the item is ready for despatch to arrange a convenient delivery date. (As long as we have a daytime contact telephone number or email address)
Q3. I want a particular item, but I cannot find it on your website?
Please contact us by email or telephone, - we will establish if your required items are available or can me made. – Almost always we will be able to fulfil your requirements.
Q4. Deliveries outside the UK
Czech Glass Ltd can deliver to any location throughout the world, orders will be subject to a carriage charge based on quantity and weight. For further details call us on 01789 766065.
Q5. When will my payment be taken?
Your payment will be taken by credit or debit card when placing your order online as all items are made to order.
Q6. How much do you charge for delivery?
For all orders placed over £60.00 in the UK and over £100.00 Worldwide - postage and packing is FREE. For any orders under £60.00 in the UK there will be a charge of £10.00 and under £100.00 Worldwide a charge of £25.00..
Q7. I am a previous ex-Polycool enquiry, entitled to a discount. How do I apply for my discount online?
Please ring Polycool Ltd on 01789 766880, to enable your customer code number. Once you enter the code your order will automatically default to your discount rate online.Then you can process your order with your discount included.
Q8. What if the item is broken or damaged on delivery?
Please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of your signed delivery) on 01789 766065. We will arrange for a replacement if the goods are damaged in transit or not as described.
